Lovely hotel in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. Great location, courteous service members, they were very helpful and nice. Rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast is wonderful with a lot of options! Amazing experience in Sorrento!

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were very kind and helpful, the buffet breakfast was diverse and plentiful, the location was excellent, rooms were modern and very clean. Nice rooftop bar. I highly recommend Hotel Plaza.

Lovely hotel, located in a perfect spot for walking and exploring Sorrento. Close by to the train station to visit other areas too. Room was good and comfortable and the bathroom was very modern, only downside was the walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours in the bathroom or moving things around early hours which disturbed your sleep between 4-6am. Breakfast staff were amazing, very attentive and always friendly with a welcoming smile and goodbye. The rooftop pool was great with beautiful views across the town. Only nit picks are the decking area could do with a few little repairs as some of the slats were loose and the bar for assisting you in/out of the water was loose too and could be moved side to side. SkyBar was excellent, we enjoyed many nights up here after a long day wandering the streets and shops. Had a great lunch on our last day and really regretted not eating there more! Overall a great stay and we would pick this accommodation again in the future.

We stayed here last year and would like to someday stay there again. A pleasant stay all in all but my favorite was the breakfast buffet! A very short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Very safe day and night!!! At the opposite end of the street was a great little laundromat. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great service and the ideal location - 5 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the harbor, 10 minutes (or less with the elevator) to the beach clubs, and 3 minutes to Corso Italia, the high street. Rooms are biggish, and some have terraces and/or sea views. Beautiful, if small, infinity pool on the 6th floor with a disappointing adjoining bar. Bar next to the lobby is MUCH better with an amazing bartender.

We are just back from our 4th visit to this outstanding hotel, we just love it here as the staff are tremendous, hotel is very modern, clean and rooms are lovely. The Sky Bar and rooftop pool are brilliant for daytime sun bathing and drinks at night.

Centre of town, and great breakfast. Lovely rooftop bar and pool. Extremely helpful staff. What more can you ask for. I would definitely stay there again

The picture attached is of homemade bitters, crafted by Carlo the fantastic barman that made us the most delicious espresso martini of our lives. We have drank in many bars around the world, but this was hands down the tastiest espresso martini I have ever had the pleasure to taste. We came in for a quick drink on our way to our bus, but Carlo promised us an espresso martini experience and he delivered. What was meant to be a quick stop turned out to become a treasured memory. Grazie mille Carlo! I did not stay at the Plaza Hotel, so I cannot comment on the rooms, but if this experience was anything to go on - then I would recommend it.
